COVID-19 Protocols
Welcome back!
Our team is fully trained in all procedures in accordance with the health and safety protocols delivered by WorkSafe BC. Going Platinum has developed an extensive health and safety plan and we are invested in providing a safe as well as healthy work environment for our staff and clients alike.
Safety protocols include (but are not limited to):
- Socially distancing stations to a minimum of 2m apart.
- If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask while inside our Salon we welcome you to do so! Our staff are no longer required to wear a mask but can wear one in the event it makes their client more comfortable.
- Regular scheduled cleaning and extra time allotted between clients for sanitation and disinfection.
- Client capes are laundered immediately after each use and will be stored in a clean, ready to use manner for the next guest.
- Upon entering the salon, hand sanitizer is available for you to use. If another guest is checking out as you arrive, please ensure to keep a comfortable distance between you and other guests. Please limit personal items brought into the salon!
- For clients needing assistance or for services including children, one person can escort them into the salon and join them at the station if needed. Otherwise we ask all clients to come unaccompanied.
- Should you need to cancel or change your appointment time we ask for 24-48 hours advanced notice so we can do our best to fill that appointment time. Please see our cancelation policy below for further information!
